I enjoy the relationships - I love my team members and seeing them grow to take the next step in their careers whether that be with us or going on to other endeavors; I love my managers and the fun we have running the business day to day and developing our people; I love the relationships I have with other Franchise Partners - some of my best friends on the planet are ones that I have made through my involvement in the 1-800-GOT-JUNK? franchise system.

We are a member of the Army PAYS program - that helps veterans get jobs, I am a member of EO, The franchise is also a member of the BBB.I am the founding president and current finance chair of the Baltimore chapter of the Entrepreneurs' Organization. I am also a board member and treasurer for a local boy scout troop.

Cranberry Township has had a special place in my life as I spent the first year of my post college career working here. I worked on a consulting team for Mellon Bank and learned and grew both personally and professionally during that time.
