Eddie and Hunter were prompt (actually early!) and very respectful. They came through the house looking at what needed to be done before giving an estimate, and they explained the pricing clearly. We did need to look through all the rooms after they said they were done, though, because they had forgotten to remove one pretty big item! Luckily they were still on the premises and had no problem coming back to finish the job. We hired 1-800-GOT-JUNK both to remove heavy items from a house we bought and to move furniture left behind from the 2nd and 3rd floors to the basement, so it’s good to know that they can move items throughout a house as well as remove them. Keep in mind that a final price cannot be given until the truck is loaded because it is based on how much room the items take up in the truck.
