The gentlemen that came to pick up my couch and recliner, Joe and Jordan, were extreamly kind and helpful. They were up front with pricing and explained the whole process to me. This is the second time I have used their services and I am thrilled I did yet again. Great customer service and amazing pick up workers. Everyone is so kind and friendly. No one made me feel bad that the couch was ripped and looked aweful. The pick up workers treated me with kindness and respect and I couldn't be happier.
