I began my journey with 1-800-GOT-JUNK? in January 2011 at the age of 21 while pursuing a degree in Electronic Media and Film with a focus on video editing. My initial interest in 1-800-GOT-JUNK? came from my brother's positive experience with the company during his college years. Following a brief conversation with another 1-800-GOT-JUNK? Franchise Partner, Alan Klug, I landed the job the very next day. Transitioning from working in the trucks to managing, I find immense fulfillment in witnessing the growth and happiness of our team members. Much like seeing the joy of our clients during removals, witnessing the team's satisfaction and growth now drives my passion.
At 1-800-GOT-JUNK? Baltimore, we actively contribute to our community by annually donating gift certificates to local high schools for fundraising events, and assisting them in various activities and initiatives. We also divert mattresses and box springs from landfills through our partnership programs. In 2023, we successfully diverted over 500 units and aim to increase this to 2,000 by the end of 2024. At our core, we prioritize fun. We firmly believe that a happy and engaged team translates into enhanced client experiences, spreading positivity one smile at a time.
Beyond work, my family—comprising my wonderful wife and two amazing children—fills my life with joy. I also indulge in building computers and exploring IT-related interests.
