For 2 or more items, we price by volume, which is how much space your junk takes up in the truck. Rates start at our minimum charge for very small loads up to a full truckload. I’m Michael Darrah, Operations Manager of the 1-800-GOT-JUNK? franchise in Delaware. Before joining the team, I spent five years as a Compliance Manager at Sam’s Club.
I made the switch from retail and joined 1-800-GOT-JUNK? because I’m passionate about helping people and giving back to my community. What I enjoy most about my role is supporting our team and connecting with customers–it never feels like work when you’re lending a helping hand.
Our franchise is proud to support local organizations and events like Touch-a-Truck, Christina River Cleanup, and Second Chance Toys. We also partner with Habitat for Humanity and Goodwill to donate as many items as possible.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my wife and daughter and living life to the fullest.
