I am very happy with the service I received from 1-800-got junk. I called and was scheduled to have my couch and recliner picked up the same day And was given a two hour time window. I was kept advised of when they would be arriving. Abdul and Chad were the two men sent to assist me. They were very nice, very polite, and very helpful as well as fast and efficient. I really appreciate them. I will be using 1 800 junk in the future asking for Abdul and Chad, if possible, should the need arise in the future.
