They were fast, efficient and professional. They showed up on time and got right to work. I needed a lot of junk removed quickly to make sure my client was able to close on their real estate transaction before the contract expired. Steven was so proactive in asking if I wanted to remove any other items in my kitchen as he saw I still had many other items that I was cleaning up. The guys even cleaned up the whole corner area after they removed the furniture. Service and attitude was amazing. I would recommend them!

He was polite and friendly, and went to bat for us to get a little better deal when the original price seemed a little steep. Great customer service--they let us know they were running late, but arrived well within the projected extended time. I would definitely use this business again if I need a lot of stuff removed.
Our office has been incredibly appreciative of the help from the 1-800-GOT-JUNK team. We have two very large office spaces that we’ve occupied for more than 20 years, so sorting through and removing everything we no longer need has been quite an undertaking. Cole and Jason have been fantastic to work with throughout the process. They have been professional, helpful, hardworking, and an absolute pleasure to have in our offices. They’ve worked right alongside our team to sort, remove, and haul away a significant amount of items, making what could have been an overwhelming process so much easier. We still have more to tackle, and we will absolutely be scheduling Cole and Jason to come back and help us finish the job. We truly appreciate all of their hard work and would highly recommend them!
