They were fast, efficient and professional. They showed up on time and got right to work. I needed a lot of junk removed quickly to make sure my client was able to close on their real estate transaction before the contract expired. Steven was so proactive in asking if I wanted to remove any other items in my kitchen as he saw I still had many other items that I was cleaning up. The guys even cleaned up the whole corner area after they removed the furniture. Service and attitude was amazing. I would recommend them!

It took close to eight hours total to sort through and pile up all the items that were to be taken and only took 1-800 Got Junk a little less than an hour to fill up 3/4 of one of their trucks with the stuff. The process was straightforward and I'd highly recommend them for your junk removal.
Overall, a superlative experience. Ashley, an AI assistant, books your appointment and I found that experience rather easy. She understood my issue (narrow hallway, etc) and didn't get confused by my kids running interference. I got a same day appointment and the two technicians were pleasant, helpful and quick.
