I can’t say enough good things about 1-800 Junk! Service, communication and pricing are all exceptional. Today I had the pleasure of meeting James & Lease and they were fantastic! Fast and friendly; exactly what I’ve come to expect from 1-800!!!

Used GJ earlier this week. The guys were fantastic. Very professional and courteous. Initially we had a delay and the company contacted me well in advance to let me know they wouldn't be able to accommodate the original time. Stuff happens, I get it. They rescheduled, showed up on time and did a great job moving all the stuff out in a reasonable amount of time. It was an upper apartment but the guys never complained once about the weight or the stairs. They even brought down a piano ! During the move, we had some homeless folks drop by to watch and inquire about some items. The Got Junk guys helped us by courteously asking the bystanders to ask us first but (with our permission) take what they wanted. Remember, GJ gets paid by the load and weight. It was very kind and thoughtful to allow those less fortunate to take a few minor items. Koodo's to the young men who worked very hard to get the job done. I'd use them again in a heartbeat. Thanks again 1800 Got Junk !

Frankie and Sebastian were very professional in helping to clear away unwanted furniture in my centre. They took extra precautions as we were in operation hours and had children around.
