They were fast, efficient and professional. They showed up on time and got right to work. I needed a lot of junk removed quickly to make sure my client was able to close on their real estate transaction before the contract expired. Steven was so proactive in asking if I wanted to remove any other items in my kitchen as he saw I still had many other items that I was cleaning up. The guys even cleaned up the whole corner area after they removed the furniture. Service and attitude was amazing. I would recommend them!
Show moreShow lessTony Germano was amazing. A couple of hours after he and his partner took our couch and other stuff, we couldn’t find our indoor cat. We searched everywhere in the house and outside. I remembered that the cat sometimes crawled into the lining of the couch. I called Tony. He was driving on the Mass Pike but said he would pull over and check. Sure enough, our cat was still inside the lining. We offered to meet them somewhere but Tony insisted that it was no problem and they drove back to our house. Our cat was unharmed, just very spooked and thirsty. We can’t thank Tony enough for his professionalism and kindness. He didn’t miss a beat, just brought our cat back with a smile. And, of course, he and his partner were efficient and helpful in taking our junk. Thank you ❤️
The two very personable, professional, and respectful men showed up on time. I showed them the items and they gave me a spot-on estimate of my cost. They removed my considerable number of items quickly and helped me rearrange a few very heavy pieces of furniture once done loading their truck. I will not hesitate to recommend their services to my friends and family! Note to my fellow ladies, as I know this can be of concern: I never felt unsafe or uncomfortable in their presence.
Terrence and Rob were awesome. They made fast work of a huge pile of vines, sticks, leaves, a heavy wet rug, and a big pile of wood. They called me to let me know when they’d arrive, arrived on time, and were so nice and friendly. They were in and out in under 30 minutes. 10/10, would use them again in a heartbeat.
