They were fast, efficient and professional. They showed up on time and got right to work. I needed a lot of junk removed quickly to make sure my client was able to close on their real estate transaction before the contract expired. Steven was so proactive in asking if I wanted to remove any other items in my kitchen as he saw I still had many other items that I was cleaning up. The guys even cleaned up the whole corner area after they removed the furniture. Service and attitude was amazing. I would recommend them!
Show moreShow lessWe were pleasantly surprised that the crew could remove our hot tub, flooring and tent today. Byron and Nate arrived on time and were extremely professional and very helpful. They worked very hard on a very dirty tent and hot tub removal - lots of deconstruction required. They were so polite and went the extra mile in making sure the job was done not just correct, but in a most efficient manner. They made sure we were happy with the end result - which we absolutely were thanks to their hard work!
Bobby and Rhiannon's team has helped us at least 5 times now. They have been great to work with. Elye, James, Wyatt and Gage did a great job moving my mother-in-law three times now. It wasn't a simple move. We downsized her 3 times and took her belongings to her new assisted living place and the remaining took to storage for us. They worked with our schedule and made the process much easier for us. I would recommend their services to anyone in need.
Terrence & Nelson came to remove old rugs that were a hazard to my husbands recovery. They were very professional & so helpful in also seeing small detail they fixed. I used 1-800-Got-Junk to empty a 20' storage unit today. I was easily able to schedule the removal at a time that was convenient for me. They sent two men that were super professional and friendly. They were able to answer all of my questions, provide me with an estimate on-site and empty the unit in less than 90 minutes. The unit ended up being too full for one truck, so they called another truck in to assist. That truck was able to come the same day so we did not have to schedule another time. I plan to keep their contact information and use them for any future jobs I have!
