Carlos and Kai were exceptional!! They got my wife and I out of a pickle. We were faced with having to move into a smaller storage unit (thats another story) in a matter of 3 days, it was a 10x30 and had to dramatically down size. Not only did we have tons of stuff we didnt need anymore we had stuff we had to just let go and it was already day 3! So unfortunately we had to load all of our access stuff into our pick up to take to the dump. The prices for the dump and a few other spots were outrageous! Talk about over charging! We thought we'd be stuck having to bring everything home, since we couldn't find a place to dump our stuff without paying a few arms and legs. Then my wife suggested we call 1 800 junk, we had used the service years ago when moving from North cali to south. So we gave' em a call, just as we were thinking we were in the clear and saved and wouldnt have to pay a fee for having the storage a few more days , mother nature decided to say "hold my beer" and let it rip with the rain. Dispatch told us we would have to wait at least an hour if not more as we stressed to them that it was starting to come down and that everything would be ruined. Dispatch basically told us they were swamped. We felt bad but decided our only choice was to wait. But I want to say maybe about 8min later we received Carlos & Kai's call that they were 2 min out. They arrived so quick and heard about the dilemma, not only were they able to take everything right then and there they even gave us a great rate! We were so relieved. They both were very friendly, punctual, awesome communication, professional and had a great sense of humor even as the rain came down I might add! If we ever have to get rid of anything id definitely save us some time and headache and just call 1800junk. Thanks so much Carlos & Kai you saved us 715 bucks! 😁🙏🏼💜
