Booked online, next day Jay called an hour ahead of appointment window, and when he and Mike arrived we negotiated a price, ten minutes later, my mattress was gone, touchless cc payment…and done/done. Couldn’t have been more efficient. Jay and Mike were courteous, upfront with the pricing, checked with their management to get me a reasonable deal, and then careful as they removed the mattress from the second floor of my home. First time using the GJR service and based on this experience will definitely be using them again the next time we’re doing a whole house cleanup.

They came within 2 hours and got 3/8 of a truck filled in 15 minutes! First time using them and will always call them when I need a job done!
