This was our first experience with junk removal and with 1-800-GOT-JUNK. We couldn't be happier. Setting up the appointment for an estimate was very easy, and they were able to come out within 24 hours. They sent several text messages with confirmation of the appointment, and then with updates on the exact time of arrival, and we appreciated the level of communication. We had contemplated renting a truck and taking it to the transfer station ourselves, but the GOT-JUNK estimate was so reasonable that it wasn't worth doing it ourselves. And best of all, their staff, Dylan and Derek, were very professional and wonderful to deal with. We would definitely recommend this company to friends and neighbors, and would use their services again.
