They were fast, efficient and professional. They showed up on time and got right to work. I needed a lot of junk removed quickly to make sure my client was able to close on their real estate transaction before the contract expired. Steven was so proactive in asking if I wanted to remove any other items in my kitchen as he saw I still had many other items that I was cleaning up. The guys even cleaned up the whole corner area after they removed the furniture. Service and attitude was amazing. I would recommend them!
Show moreShow lessTwo guys showed up on time to my apartment for a clean out. Moved a MASSIVE reclining sectional couch and cleaned out the first floor in under an hour. Even while moving very quickly they were extremely careful of the apartment. Even started cleaning up my 200lb dogs hair that was trapped between the couch. Told them they didn’t have to and said it was just part of what they do. Also when they heard I was gonna have someone come through for a deep clean they offered to connect me with local options to get that done as well. Gave me a great deal for the amount of stuff they hauled out. Already contracted with them for another load.

They basically come to your house and give you a free estimate—no charge even if you decline to work with them. Once I filled out my information and scheduled an appointment online, Dylan contacted me the morning of the visit to let me know more precisely when within the 2-hour window I’d booked they would be arriving. He and his associate were very friendly and upbeat. They explained how they calculated their fees for removing items, and were understanding of my situation, happily willing to negotiate with me and call their main office on my behalf. I was satisfied with the price we arrived at, and more than satisfied with their work—the sleeper sofa I had them dispose of was heavy and hard to carry down the stairs from the second floor and out of the house. They were careful not to hit the walls or banister and they moved the outdoor furniture back to where I had it originally. I would definitely work with them again.
