Tay and Jerome (sorry if I spelled names wrong) they were both very polite. They called to let me know if they were running late and went over every detail. They took care of the rest, even reminding me of other things I wanted to get rid of. As a single mom they were punctual, polite, upfront and thorough. They were also very patient with my daughter who felt like she needed to be involved which I greatly appreciated. I will definitely be using this service again. Thanks guys!

The team was great!! I received two phone calls on estimated time and one right before they got to my home. We did a quick walk to point out my items and had a price within minutes. (North 2 location). I've used 1-800-Got-Junk a couple of times before and they're nothing but courteous and professional. Super easy to deal with and very friendly and I'd recommend them to anyone.
