They were fast, efficient and professional. They showed up on time and got right to work. I needed a lot of junk removed quickly to make sure my client was able to close on their real estate transaction before the contract expired. Steven was so proactive in asking if I wanted to remove any other items in my kitchen as he saw I still had many other items that I was cleaning up. The guys even cleaned up the whole corner area after they removed the furniture. Service and attitude was amazing. I would recommend them!

Will was clear and helpful on proving information on the removal process. With an excellent customer service demeanor (a breath of fresh air), he answered all of my questions and was totally upfront about pricing. Both gentlemen were kind in helping me identify what I might keep amongst the mess. I only wanted to keep gardening tools and other smaller items. After clearing up the junk and throughly cleaning up the area, Sam was kind enough to cut and clear some hanging tree branches that were being held up by the shed before it was destroyed. It’s sad to say, good customer service, kindness, and professionalism are difficult qualities to experience these days. Will and Sam were exceptional. Because of their professionalism & care, my first experience with 1-800-got-junk was outstanding. I know that I will call on the company again and speak with family and friends about my experience. Thank you!
Tommy and Collin did a great job of helping us clean out the rest of our house before a move! They were quick & careful. It was great to know that they try to donate things as much as possible. What a great experience I had today with my 1st time using 1-800-GOT-JUNK. Ian & Nate were very friendly, courteous and definitely capable of doing the job and doing well. I am now able to put my car in my garage, first time in 6 months since I moved to Beaverton, Oregon from Louiaville, KY. They also rearranged the items left in my garage so that I could easily put my car in there and have plenty of room to get in and out of my car while in the garage. Also they cleared items out of my attached storage area which was a fabulous help. It was definitely a good experience and worth the money. Thank you so much Ian & Nate. Susie Pasikowski
