They were fast, efficient and professional. They showed up on time and got right to work. I needed a lot of junk removed quickly to make sure my client was able to close on their real estate transaction before the contract expired. Steven was so proactive in asking if I wanted to remove any other items in my kitchen as he saw I still had many other items that I was cleaning up. The guys even cleaned up the whole corner area after they removed the furniture. Service and attitude was amazing. I would recommend them!

They took on some really tough, labor-intensive items, breaking down large paver tiles, clearing out a large sand pile, hauling heavy landscaping rugs, and removing a full-sized basketball hoop. They were fast, efficient, and took immense care throughout the process. On top of their strong work ethic, both T and Peter were extremely accommodating, courteous, and professional. 10/10 experience!
This was my first time using 1-800-GOTJUNK. I only had a sectional to get rid of, but even though it was a last minute need, the process was so easy! Initially, we had a few scheduling concerns because it was later in the evening, but they were able to make it work the very next day. Tevin and Orlando came out to grab the sofa and were so helpful and kind. They truly are amazing employees! Add to that the prompt service and a great customer experience, I’d recommend this company to anyone who needs hauling in a pinch. BIG thanks to everyone who helped today!
