The actual crew who picked up my sofa at 530 pm was outstanding. For that reason I highly recommend them. However the scheduling of service was a big problem. The schedule was 1-3 pm but they extended it 3 times waiting on truck near me. My last expectation was delivery before 5 but they finally assigned another truck to me. This driver, David, asked if I was ok waiting another 25 minutes and I did. They arrived on time! So if you use them be aware.
