They were fast, efficient and professional. They showed up on time and got right to work. I needed a lot of junk removed quickly to make sure my client was able to close on their real estate transaction before the contract expired. Steven was so proactive in asking if I wanted to remove any other items in my kitchen as he saw I still had many other items that I was cleaning up. The guys even cleaned up the whole corner area after they removed the furniture. Service and attitude was amazing. I would recommend them!
Show moreShow lessEvery interaction I had with the staff was very pleasant and very helpful. There was an issue with my appointment on the day I originally made it for. The man I talked to on the phone (I believe his name is Anthony) was very apologetic very helpful with getting me rescheduled and making sure that I was flagged as a priority so it we could get it done. Then on the day of my rescheduled appointment Zach and Jeziah were absolutely fabulous. They were very professional and helpful. I had forgotten to mention the couch I was getting rid of was a pull out and they very sweet about it. 10/10 would have them back in a heartbeat if I needed Got Junk again.
Super fast service and extremely professional employees. Placed an order at 6pm on a Friday evening and by 7:15pm my junk was gone! Chauncey and Chandler quickly got to work, provided me a very fair quote and within less than 15 min upon arrival, they had everything out the door and loaded up!
