They were fast, efficient and professional. They showed up on time and got right to work. I needed a lot of junk removed quickly to make sure my client was able to close on their real estate transaction before the contract expired. Steven was so proactive in asking if I wanted to remove any other items in my kitchen as he saw I still had many other items that I was cleaning up. The guys even cleaned up the whole corner area after they removed the furniture. Service and attitude was amazing. I would recommend them!

Our service all around was perfect. I was able to schedule same day and recieved a phone call with an hours warning that the crew would be coming to my home. Jamil and Ian were the workers and they both were professional in their work, their dress, and their communication with me. They got the job done before their quoted time and made sure to offer several times to look at any other items I may need moved around or removed. I didn’t need any more services today but will be certainly using them in the future.
Dave and Brandon were on time, professional and courteous. They moved quickly and were in and out in less than 10 minutes! Hopefully I don’t accumulate as junk to be removed in the future but if I did, I’d definitely used 1800GotJunk because of them. 100% recommend using their services.
Quick, clean, and friendly. They were straight forward and explained what was going to happen with no double talk or surprises as i went to pay. I requested for a day bed and trundle to be removed in the quote and by the end i had also gotten a water heater removed from my yard. Very nice guys. Only thing i might mention is i didnt realize there would be a recycling feel for a mattress. So be aware of that.
Talk about same day service! They arrived four hours after my initial phone call. Joshua and Selena were great; professional, hardworking, and both very personable. Amazing customer service and they work within your budget! I highly recommend anyone who needs junk removed to call them, you won’t be disappointed.
