The guys from 1-800-GOTJUNK, Taylor & Dean were so professional, helpful & quick! We’d had our side yards blocked off for a few months & they had gathered some unwanted items, kind of an out of sight out of mind situation. I took the guys around to show them the items I wanted removed, they showed me what they thought the cost may be & were transparent about the final cost being from the amount of room in the truck my items took up. It took them maybe 10 min to load up my things & they were on their way! The pricing was very reasonable as well. I’m just so glad to have it taken care of! Taylor & Dean made it such an easy process for us! I would absolutely recommend 1-800-GOTJUNK to anyone looking to remove unwanted items from their home or business!

Wonderful communication and same day service. Price was a bit higher than posted on the website but reasonable just the same.

Andrew and Mike handled the haul-away. They communicated promptly with us, they were professional and understanding. They offered trash bags and to carry stuff out of the house. Mike was quiet and efficient. Andrew was friendly and very understanding. I would definitely hire them again and asks specifically for these two.

On Wednesday, I called at 2:30 PM to see what the cost would be to have a few things picked up at my house. Within Less than two hours, they had Taylor out my house to check everything out. It took Taylor, the one man band 20 minutes to have all my junk picked up and loaded in the back of his truck. He was pulling out of my driveway by 4:30pm. I was shocked and impressed! Taylor and Baxter made this process so quick and easy. Not only is the customer service amazing, but they are Extremely affordable too!!

Kaleb and Torris were amazing! They showed up right when they said they would, quickly gave me a quote, and got to work. They even swept up my garage and driveway when they were done! All said, they were there for 45 minutes and completely filled their truck. I would definitely call them again in the future.
