They were fast, efficient and professional. They showed up on time and got right to work. I needed a lot of junk removed quickly to make sure my client was able to close on their real estate transaction before the contract expired. Steven was so proactive in asking if I wanted to remove any other items in my kitchen as he saw I still had many other items that I was cleaning up. The guys even cleaned up the whole corner area after they removed the furniture. Service and attitude was amazing. I would recommend them!

Overall i was very impressed with the professionalism and work that was done. They took there time to ensure that everything was removed without tearing my walls up or damaging my property. Overall if you have items that need to he removed this is the company that you want to ro call 10/10 hands down.
Josè, Aaron, Diego, and Dean were professional, kind and courteous. In addition to that, they were quick and efficient. Communication was great and I would recommend their service to anyone needing junk removal. (However, I would have loved to see them wearing back-braces as even with the team lifts, which they did use, there is always a greater potential of injury without such effective protective measures.) All in all though, great experience, highly recommend.
Flavio and Shaun arrived right on time and were very friendly and respectful of my property. They cleared out lots of stuff in my garage that had been bugging me for years. . .and at a great price! They were efficient and swept up afterwards. I will continue to use your company for all of my future junk removal needs.
Such a positive experience! Communication before pickup is timely and helpful. I appreciated being reminded to look around for anything else that we might want to be rid of - I found a lot! Alan called to confirm when he and Leonte were 25 minutes from my house -- and they arrived when expected. These two men were professional, efficient, thoughtful and kind. They made this whole process easy and affordable. This was my first experience with 1800GOTJUNK and I recommend them without reservation! PS: These lovely guys even emptied our overflowing trash bin AND swept up the garage! Wow.
