They made sure to keep our walls and belongings safe and tidy even while moving out the unwanted furniture, and still managed to be in and out in under 30 minutes. I especially appreciated that they double checked before coming into the apartment with their shoes on/without booties. That sort of consideration is rare and made me feel really respected as a person. It's refreshing how up front they were about the whole process, from the estimate to moving stuff out, because it made me sure I knew exactly what I'd signed up for. The only trick was how well the two of them managed to fit our items into the truck; John and Deandre are pretty much truck Tetris wizards, by the looks of it.
