Tow truck Chuck and Nate were professional, kind, gentle, and hilarious. For it being the first time using 1800, we were nervous about the whole experience. Charles walked us through the process and took his time to answer our questions and concerns. We didnt even know Nate was new to the team until mentioned, and he seemed like he has been a part of the crew for years with how informative and passionate he is. I really don't want to recommend them for other people, so they won't be too busy for me to use in the future. But it would be selfish to keep them to myself. Spread the wealth and all that. Thank you so much for all your help guys!!

1-800-GOT-JUNK literally came to my rescue. I had a garage filled to the brim with junk! I'm talking borderline hoarder type junk. These guys came in and got right to work. 2 hours later I could see my garage floor and walls. Thank you for taking the time to handle a job like that. Scheduled a pickup to have an old sofa removed. Brandon and Ryan were very helpful, worked hard, and communicated clearly regarding pricing and how the junk pickup process works. Would recommend them for future waste disposal.
