I have been moving locally in Santa Fe and have used 1-800 Got Junk several times. Dominic and Sonny came to the house I’m moving from. Once again, the work, communication, speed, efficiency and professionalism were above and beyond. This company has made my moving transition so much easier! I can’t say enough good things about 1-800 Got Junk. Wonderful Albuquerque crew and company. I had another visit from Dominic and Keenan on 7/25/2006. Another absolutely stellar service!! Dominic and Keenan came from Albuquerque to Santa Fe, made it happen, wonderful communication, above and beyond work, fast, so polite and friendly. I could go on and on. I had the best experience with 1-800- Got Junk. They were on time confirming that they were coming twice. The two employees that came out to my house were JOE and DEVON out of the Troy location and they were awesome!!! They removed all the items for me and thoroughly explained what they do, the pricing, and I was just so impressed by how knowledgeable and professional they both were! They even vacuumed my carpet after removing all the items. I also got a great price! I will definitely be calling them back to remove future items from my home. If you need anything removed from your home, please call 1-800 Got Junk. YOU will not be disappointed! I think that they are the most professional junk removal company I've ever worked with. They're not only about junk. They also DONATE items that you don't want and these items are going towards a good cause. Again I want to thank JOE and DEVON for making it such a smooth transition. My mother passed away and they were so empathetic towards my situation. I AM VERY HAPPY THAT I CALLED THEM!!!😁😁 2nd review: July 25, 2026 Both SETH and TORRES came out to my home again to pick up some more items in my mother's house. They were so awesome!! Every time I have used 1-800 got junk, I have had a very positive experience with the employees and the company. Seth explained everything that they were going to do and explain the pricing etc etc... They were both very friendly and I had told them that it was my mom's house and she passed away and they were very empathetic. Seth wanted to know more about my mother.....asking questions like how old was she, how long were my parents married, and talked about the longevity of her life. It was so positive and it made me feel so much better because we're still mourning the death of her and cleaning out the house keep us very busy. I also wanted to say congratulations to Seth. He told me that he is getting married in September. The overall experience with both Seth and Torres today was very friendly and professional and I would definitely use them again as well as Joe and Devon. Thank you Seth and Torres for helping me out and providing more room in my mom's home so that we can now sell it!!! 😁😁

Tyrone and KAM were amazing! Very thoughtful and timely. Made this very difficult time for me and my siblings effortless as we cleaned out parents home

Kai and Nick did a great job. They explained the process in detail, were very thorough, and they were done quickly.

CJ and Kyle where the best , on time fast clean up, and very professional and they represented the company very well... FANTASTIC WORK...

Brandon and Tyler were incredibly friendly and very efficient. We had a very large job and they handled it with ease. I would definitely recommend.

Jimmy and Silas did a great job picking up all of our junk. They were knowledgeable on the whole process and super quick knocking it all out. They deserve a raise for how great of a job they performed!!

Lee and Ryan came to pick up some items we wanted to get rid of. They are the nicest kindest men who wanted to help and do anything we needed done. SOUTH 5 Got Junk just helped take care of some big items including a 2 part couch, they knew I was on a tight budget and really worked with me on pricing. On top of that they were incredibly friendly. GREAT SERVICE! I would absolutely use them again. Thank you so much!

Austin and Grant were very courteous and they worked very quickly. There were also very fair on how full the truckload was.

Our first experience with you guys started off right away with the phone call! Loved the greet message on the call in line 😂 our driver Anthony called us letting us know he was coming, he asked if he could grab us drinks on his way!! That absolutely blew my mind and took it to heart “what service!” ❤️ Anthony was absolutely great! We loved everything about the service you provided! Thank you and God bless
