They were fast, efficient and professional. They showed up on time and got right to work. I needed a lot of junk removed quickly to make sure my client was able to close on their real estate transaction before the contract expired. Steven was so proactive in asking if I wanted to remove any other items in my kitchen as he saw I still had many other items that I was cleaning up. The guys even cleaned up the whole corner area after they removed the furniture. Service and attitude was amazing. I would recommend them!

Both were professional, transparent with pricing, and efficiently and quickly got everything picked up. I would definitely recommend this service if all staff offer the same outstanding service.
Xavier and John from the Cleveland East office were amazingly fast and strong! We had heavy furniture and stairs to climb! It was a last minute call and they made it out that same day! Yes, we paid more than maybe others charge. But we needed the stuff gone now so we can get our house on the market tomorrow. So you get what you pay for! The other company I called kept "no call/no showing" - 3 times. Xavier was very professional, explained everything, and both he and John just got to work and they were done in a short time! Thanks, guys!
This is such a great service! I submitted my request at 7am and by 10 they were here. Jackson and Nick D came and gave me the quote they were very respectful of the property and very polite.
