We had a fantastic experience with 1-800-GOT-JUNK, thanks to Sal and Daryl. They came out to remove a large amount of furniture, bed frames, and other items from our garage and worked with us to find a fair price. What really stood out, though, was their willingness to go above and beyond. After the job was finished, they asked if there was anything else we needed help with, and when we mentioned a challenging situation involving several large IKEA wardrobes, they jumped in to help even though they had another appointment to get to. Throughout the entire process, Sal and Daryl were professional, personable, hardworking, and incredibly kind. They had great attitudes, made a stressful project much easier, and genuinely cared about helping us get things done right. It’s rare to come across people who combine excellent customer service with such a strong work ethic. We are extremely grateful for their help and would not hesitate to use 1-800-GOT-JUNK again. Stephen and Cole came out to the house today to help get rid of a bunch of old furniture that the previous homeowner had left behind and let me tell you, these guys were great! In just over an hour, they had gotten multiple pieces of large furniture and beds out of the house and loaded onto their truck tetris-style, and somehow made it all fit, Despite the heat, Stephen and Cole knocked it out quickly, carefully and with a friendly and helpful attitude, 5 star service for sure!
