This is the second time I've called 1-800-GOT-JUNK to take care of broken/unused large items that would otherwise be cluttering up my home. Elijah and Marquel were incredibly kind and professional and arrived just when they said they would. Five minutes after arriving, my garage was emptied of my unwanted items. What a great feeling! I will definitely call again should the need arise.

5⭐️ for the people, 2⭐️ for the company. Ravin and Airrick were great! Responsible, quick, pleasant guys. I would work with them as individuals again anytime. . The company in general, however, felt unorganized. They pushed my time window back so late on my initial date that I had to cancel. Rescheduled, and they pushed my time back again. Our window was 10-12, and they didn't arrive until 1pm. I understand that jobs can be unpredictable, but they seem to overschedule their workers in a way that leaves customers unable to plan their days around the service.

Erik and Jacob were awesome. I was somewhat disorganized when they arrived and they handled it like pros. Great job guys!
