They were fast, efficient and professional. They showed up on time and got right to work. I needed a lot of junk removed quickly to make sure my client was able to close on their real estate transaction before the contract expired. Steven was so proactive in asking if I wanted to remove any other items in my kitchen as he saw I still had many other items that I was cleaning up. The guys even cleaned up the whole corner area after they removed the furniture. Service and attitude was amazing. I would recommend them!
Show moreShow lessI'm preparing to have my back yard deck re-floored so I needed help with removing some heavy-duty junk items. I called a few contractors, including 800-GOT-JUNK, to get pricing and other info. I selected GOT-JUNK over the others because their operation sounded very organized and willing to help. They had an estimator come out the next day to discuss the details and give me price. I needed a hot tub cut up and hauled away, along with a large framed fabric canopy and a few other odds and ends. I hired GOT-JUNK to do the project. A few days later, they had Chris and Julian come out with a box truck and the tools needed to get it done. They worked all afternoon cutting up the tub and hauling the debris out front to the truck. The guys were competent and pleasant to work with and their cleanup afterwords was excellent. It wasn't cheap but was well worth the cost to have the entire deck area cleared and ready to work on.
Garrett and Charles saved the day for me when my scheduled service with another company let me down and tried to reschedule for another day. I needed my junk hauled away TODAY, not tomorrow, as I told them when they tried to reschedule at the last minute. Because a new desk was being delivered the next day, I needed my broken-down old desk removed ASAP and some other items taken that were waiting outside in front of my home. Thankfully, after the other company (College Hunks) let me down and I had to find a new hauling company, Garrett and Charles from 1-800-Got-Junk came over within a half-hour of me scheduling with them. They were very hard-working and personable, and I am very grateful to them for stepping in and taking care of the job. Thank you!
