They were fast, efficient and professional. They showed up on time and got right to work. I needed a lot of junk removed quickly to make sure my client was able to close on their real estate transaction before the contract expired. Steven was so proactive in asking if I wanted to remove any other items in my kitchen as he saw I still had many other items that I was cleaning up. The guys even cleaned up the whole corner area after they removed the furniture. Service and attitude was amazing. I would recommend them!
Show moreShow lessInitial phone person (Zach) was nice but proved to be very inaccurate. One guy arrived with the truck 2 a half hours after Zach had told me to expect him. The guy with the truck was really nice and worked hard. The other driver arrived an hour later, they finished the job in about 30 minutes. Both men were really nice and kept apologizing for the late arrival. I really think that Zach’s misinformation or the Schedular messed up!
1. Cole and Will were so great! Very positive and nice people. Strong, too! They had my old bed and tons of other stuff out of my place in no time. Everything was very professionally done - from initial contact to scheduling through junk hauling. Thank you so much for all your help! 2. Ok had this great service come back since I did more weeding out! The more they take away, the better my condo looks! Many thanks to Casey and Jacob for being incredibly kind and helpful. Loved getting to know them! They worked very hard without complaint. So, so pleasant! Thanks again, guys, and have a great rest of your summer!!! 2. A couple days later and I had more stuff! Gotta love redecorating! I realized my sofa was very old! I replaced it with a cute wicker one from Wayfair. Today Skyler and Nathan helped me SO much with more weeding out! They were very friendly and helpful. The 90” sofa I was getting rid of almost didn’t fit through the door, but they were determined to, and showed relentless perseverance! Thanks again 1-800-Got-Junk!!! 🥳 3. Today Skylar and Cam helped me remove a king size mattress and some additional items. I logged into their site to make the appointment and a same day appointment window from 3 to 5 was available! So quick and easy. Skylar and Cam were very friendly and so strong! They cleared my stuff in no time and were on their way! Thanks again for all your help!!!
Called on 1-800-Got-Junk for first time today. Same day appointment was available and Tommy and Collin came by as scheduled and made the process easy and efficient in clearing out several old, oversized items I wanted removed. Very pleased with the experience and will definitely use again as needed.
