They were fast, efficient and professional. They showed up on time and got right to work. I needed a lot of junk removed quickly to make sure my client was able to close on their real estate transaction before the contract expired. Steven was so proactive in asking if I wanted to remove any other items in my kitchen as he saw I still had many other items that I was cleaning up. The guys even cleaned up the whole corner area after they removed the furniture. Service and attitude was amazing. I would recommend them!
Show moreShow lessThe actual crew who picked up my sofa at 530 pm was outstanding. For that reason I highly recommend them. However the scheduling of service was a big problem. The schedule was 1-3 pm but they extended it 3 times waiting on truck near me. My last expectation was delivery before 5 but they finally assigned another truck to me. This driver, David, asked if I was ok waiting another 25 minutes and I did. They arrived on time! So if you use them be aware.
I greatly appreciate Austin and David's help in removing everything I asked them to pick up. Those guys were efficient and quick with the work. They were able to move everything without help assistance, and even offered to help clean up once everything was gone. I've already scheduled to have them come back to pick up more junk I'd like gone! I'm so glad I called Got Junk.
