I had a great experience with 1-800-JUNK Reno and especially wanted to recognize Michael and Christian for going above and beyond. They were professional, friendly, and incredibly hardworking from start to finish. What really stood out was that they took the extra step to help haul out additional deck boards for me, which I really appreciated and was not something they had to do. It made a huge difference and showed that they genuinely care about providing excellent service rather than just doing the bare minimum. The entire process was smooth, efficient, and stress-free. Michael and Christian did an outstanding job, and because of them I would absolutely use this service again and highly recommend them to anyone needing junk removal.

The guys were great. They were very helpful in working to get the price that I was comfortable with and in sorting out the stuff I wanted to go and what I wanted left.

I had a wonderful experience! I booked a same day service to have an old broken deep freezer removed. Jay and Dan showed up early in the two hour window. They were super helpful and friendly! They quickly got the freezer on their truck and were off! I appreciated that the gentlemen were prompt and very professional. I highly recommend this service!
