They were fast, efficient and professional. They showed up on time and got right to work. I needed a lot of junk removed quickly to make sure my client was able to close on their real estate transaction before the contract expired. Steven was so proactive in asking if I wanted to remove any other items in my kitchen as he saw I still had many other items that I was cleaning up. The guys even cleaned up the whole corner area after they removed the furniture. Service and attitude was amazing. I would recommend them!

Joel and Patrick got the job done fast with regard to removing a washer and dryer from an upstairs apartment and provided very professional customer service! I would definitely recommend 1-800-GOT-JUNK to anyone who has a job that is beyond their scope and capabilities.
Staff was at my home at the appointed time. Gave a quote and began working immediately once I agreed with the pricing. Took 2 men about an hr to clear out my basement and backyard. Will definitely be using them again! 7/4/26. Used them again today, few years later. Still the same. Great customer service. Very professional. In/out. I wouldn’t recommend any other service. They were prompt. And communicated very well on arrival time and I spoke with the owner. I can’t say anything bad about this company. 10/10.
I had a wonderful experience with 1800JUNK in supporting me with removing some of my late Grandfather’s items after his passing. Jaiffrey and Koby were very kind and professional and navigated moving items from two different units quickly and respectfully. Coordinating their services was so quick and seamless and something I was very grateful for in this hard moment. Thank you guys!
I had to reschedule, so I have not had anything picked up yet, BUT the driver who was handling my request is named Joey and he has been great so far. He called and kept me up to date on his route and how far out he was and even called again around 7pm offering to come pick up my junk still. That is dedication!! With it being the weekend of July 4th I just told him to go home and he can catch me in a week. As someone who works in customer service and frequently works past 6 or 7pm, I for one can appreciate the dedication that Joey shows to his customers and the care he has in keeping me in the loop. I am looking forward to having my junk picked up, and can say nothing but good things about the customer care here as well as how easy it was to request service in the first place. Great job Joey, and I hope you have a great 4th of July!!
