They were fast, efficient and professional. They showed up on time and got right to work. I needed a lot of junk removed quickly to make sure my client was able to close on their real estate transaction before the contract expired. Steven was so proactive in asking if I wanted to remove any other items in my kitchen as he saw I still had many other items that I was cleaning up. The guys even cleaned up the whole corner area after they removed the furniture. Service and attitude was amazing. I would recommend them!

He said they could come sooner & I said. YES! The 3 guys arrived as promised, quickly loaded my items into their truck. Payment was easily handled & WHOOSH! They were gone! Quick & easy & all as promised on the phone. Thank you!
Even before Joel arrived, his courteous demeanor and positive vibe let me know I had called the right people to come and remove my pool table! Joel was amazing, helpful and kind to say the least. There are honestly not enough words to say thank you but I am grateful for his help and thoughtfulness today as he moved my belongings! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Austin and Maximus were absolutely outstanding! They handled an incredibly heavy couch that was a real challenge, and they made it look easy. Both of them were polite, professional, and worked extremely hard from start to finish. They took great care to protect my home while moving everything, were respectful of my property, and were incredibly organized and squared away. It’s refreshing to see a team that takes so much pride in their work. I can’t say enough good things about these two or about 1-800-GOT-JUNK?. If this is the level of service they provide every day, they’ve earned a customer for life. I highly recommend Austin, Maximus, and the entire 1-800-GOT-JUNK? team!
