What an easy experience. My mom hired the company to clean out a storage unit. As I live locally, I agreed to meet the 1-800-Got-Junk team on the day of pickup. The communication from the team was so appreciated. They called the day before to set expectations. The day of, Dakota, who was the crew member coming to our location, was so communicative. He was fantastic in coordinating with me. When he arrived, all was done so swiftly. He was incredibly polite and helpful. An excellent service for sure!

I will use these guys whenever I need to donate or dispose of stuff/junk...BUT, ONLY IF ZAKK AND MAVERICK ARE DOING THE PICK-UP!!!!
