I RECENTLY NEEDED TO HAVE A STORAGE UNIT CLEARED OUT AND I LIVE IN LAS VEGAS AND THE UNIT IS IN VIRGINIA. I CONTACTED GOT-JUNK OVER THE PHONE WAS ABLE TO ARRANGE FOR THEM TO GO AND EMPTY THE UNIT- CHARGE ME OVER THE PHONE AND IT WAS ALL CLEANED AND SPOTLESS IN AN HOUR. We just used 1-800-GOT-JUNK to remove some furniture and lawn equipment that Salvation Army wouldn’t take and the guys were wonderful! The initial quote they gave was beyond our budget, but they asked what our budget was and contacted their boss who agreed to our budget. They were professional, nice, and fast—I made the appointment online and they were there within 2 hours! And they said they were going to donate what they could to Habitat for Humanity first (we had contacted Habitat for Humanity first, but it would have been 2 weeks before they could come pick the stuff up😳). We will definitely use them again if needed, and highly recommend their services to everyone!
