They were fast, efficient and professional. They showed up on time and got right to work. I needed a lot of junk removed quickly to make sure my client was able to close on their real estate transaction before the contract expired. Steven was so proactive in asking if I wanted to remove any other items in my kitchen as he saw I still had many other items that I was cleaning up. The guys even cleaned up the whole corner area after they removed the furniture. Service and attitude was amazing. I would recommend them!

I live in an apartment on the second floor and it was no issue for them! They were also so sweet to my cat so they win in my book. Would definitely recommend!
When I made an initial reservation for my property to be moved, I was so reluctant because my things were good quality, 25+ years in age and very sentimental to me. However, I had to let go of them and worried that they would be re-homed with care. Today, 8/25/26, I was expecting only to get an estimate for the job because I wasn't certain I could afford it. Two young men (Ant and Michael) came, gave an estimate that I was able to afford. So not only did I get a great price, it was all done in one visit. These guys had worked hard all day and after leaving me, they had four more evening jobs to complete! I am extremely happy with their exemplary customer service, respect and professionalism. All my phone and in-person experiences with 1-800-GOT-JUNK were pleasant. I will certainly tell my family and friends about the 100% satisfaction I received!
Andy and Ryan were amazing! They were eager to get the job done and worked through the rain to get my shed taken down, cut down a tree, loaded it all up along with a picnic table and sectional. I couldn’t have asked for a better team! Thank you guys so much for your hard work. Ya’ll rock!
Great service, straightforward pricing and EXCELLENT EMPLOYEES! Very kind and attentive, my mother just passed from cancer only being diagnosed four months beforehand and I am disabled. I had a lot of furniture and clothing and junk items that I needed taken off because I am moving in two months, they spoke with me about my mom and shared their own personal story of recent loss and it truly touched my heart. They asked if we needed drinks or anything to eat that they could pick up on their way here and it really blew me away- the kindness, respect and the help these two wonderful gentlemen provided made my day. It is not often that people truly care and show the absolute best of humanity and these two guys did just that. They went above and beyond to ensure they took care of everything and even used shovels to scoop up debris in my driveway that I’d needed help with for so long. I am extremely impressed and I 100% recommend them! THANK YOU SO MUCH! God bless you!
