Tyler and Alex helped us by taking a sofa and recliner to be donated locally. They were punctual, friendly, careful, and handled that heavy equipment as if it were nothing. This is the second time I've used the company and have been 110% pleased both times.

Noah and Ben were so helpful, professional, and also very persistent in taking apart a beast of a treadmill left by past occupants that was in the basement. Other larger items loaded as well and filled in with garbage bags that now don’t have to slowly get put in the garbage can over the next month. I’d gratefully call them again without hesitation and the price was very competitive! Thank you!

This was my first time using 1-800-GOTJUNK and I scheduled an appointment between 8-10am. They called me 30min prior and arrived within the window I requested, which is already a win in and of itself. Pricing isn’t bad for the convenience and efficiency of the service. Will absolutely keep them in mind for the future.

I had not only the phone call to set up the appointment to the follow up phone call after th a t to the courtesy phone call of the driver to come do the estimate to the service they 2 drivers gave when they were the whole time to the invoiced process to the WHOLE PROUD PROCESS PROFESSIONALISM THEY ALL GAVE THE PHONE CALL THE SET UP THE MINEY PROCESS TO THE WONDERFUL WONDERFUL SERVICE THE LOADERS GAVE WHILE HERE YO GET EVERYTHING I ASKED TO TAKE THE PATIENCE AND TIME SPENT THEY DONT RUSH U THEY ARE TOTALLY PROFESSIONAL THEY EXPLAIN EVERYTHING AND I DO MEAN EVERYTHING THEY'RE AWESOME
