We had a daybed, trundle, mattresses, loveseat, sofa and table (along with some smaller items) that needed to be picked up. Excellent communication before, during and at time of appointment. Cristian and Tristan showed up on time (calling 30 min ahead as promised in email and text) . They were very professional and efficient with picking up and loading items. Process was excellent from start to finish. Highly recommend!

Mark and Matt came out to help with our stuff and they were amazing. So professional, so friendly, hard workers. The service is expensive but after spending days trying to give stuff away through donation, the price was well worth it and service was excellent. We have more junk so will be calling them again.

We had a 5 stall barn that had not been cleaned out in many years. James came out and quoted a price we accepted, and he got right to work. Thanks to the other 2 that joined him later, one of the workers was the owner to help with this huge job. They did a great job, very polite & professional during the whole experience. Tristan and Kevin did a terrific job. They clearly explained in advance how the costs would be calculated. They were very customer-friendly, careful and thorough. They moved some very heavy items with great care down a difficult stairway. The total cost was reasonable. This was our first experience with 1-800-GOT-JUNK?, and frankly, we were skeptical that our experience would measure up to the positive image presented in the company's TV advertising. In fact, our experience exceeded our expectations by a wide margin. We would not hesitate to use 1-800-GOT-JUNK again in the future.
