My 4th time using the company. Andre and Dallas showed up on time, were polite, and cordial. Did a great job explaining the process and providing an estimate before starting. They took almost a 1/4 truck load of items inclusive of an extremely heavy items. They took their time and did a great job getting everything down the stairs. I had a great experience with 1-800-Got-Junk and GJ. GJ was very flexible with the timing of the appointment. He kept in contact and aligned to a time that worked for both parties. Once at my house he was friendly and professional. It took him no time to get the items out of my garage and was very respectful of my space and other items.
