I just had the most amazing, fantastic experience using 1-800-GOTJUNK. If I could give this place 6 stars, I would. Moving is a very stressful time. I originally intended on using a different service to get rid of the things we didn’t want to hold onto anymore, packed away in a dumpster bag, but after reading all of the negatives experiences with that company full of hidden fees, and decided I wasn’t going to risk it. I saw some really good reviews for this company and decided to give them a try. Why not! They would show up to my home and give me a free quote, without having to provide any payment information up front. They show up, and now I know why everyone loves working with them. Hector L and Josh P arrived to my home in Southborough, and immediately made me feel like I was in good hands. They explained the process very thoroughly, and gave me extra info about how they take care to process anything they pick up, and make sure it’s taken care of in an environmentally conscious manner! And they didn’t just chat about the junk with me, they treated me like a normal person, not just a customer. The experience felt more like chatting up a couple of friends who came over to help me move stuff than a transaction. They gave me a quote which fit my budget, and hauled everything away in a matter of 15 minutes. I barely had time to wash a couple of pots and pans for packing before my giant problem in the yard was gone! Thank you Hector and Josh for your much needed help, and thank you 1-800-Got Junk for getting me out of a stressful situation. You have a loyal customer for life, and a huge fan of your services.
