They were fast, efficient and professional. They showed up on time and got right to work. I needed a lot of junk removed quickly to make sure my client was able to close on their real estate transaction before the contract expired. Steven was so proactive in asking if I wanted to remove any other items in my kitchen as he saw I still had many other items that I was cleaning up. The guys even cleaned up the whole corner area after they removed the furniture. Service and attitude was amazing. I would recommend them!

I highly recommend 1-800-GOT-JUNK in Wells, ME. Following a family loss, I was faced with the difficult task of clearing out a storage unit. After selling what I could, I was still left with several large items and wasn’t sure how to proceed. It was an emotional and overwhelming time, and I simply needed the space cleared. From the moment Darien and Jacob arrived, they showed genuine compassion, beginning with offering their condolences. They were polite, professional, and efficient—maximizing every inch of the truck to ensure everything was taken in one trip. While the service is on the pricier side, the peace of mind it provided was invaluable. Removing old furniture and personal items often comes at a difficult point in life, and Darien and Jacob truly made the experience easier and more bearable. Andrew and Mike arrived promptly, gave us an estimate and immediately began working. They were both pleasant to work with and we had a few laughs along the way. We had a lot of junk and the day was 98 degrees with a humidity of 75. They didn't offer any complaits about the weather even though they were both drenched in sweat. I have a strong suggestion fot 1800 got junk, let the guys wear shorts when it's this hot.
This was such a simply inexpensive process. Thank you so much for picking up my furniture! It cleared so much space for us to redo our son’s room before school.
