Got an estimate over the phone to remove and dispose of a few mattresses from our apartment. When the guys showed up the cost they gave us ended up being way more than what we were quoted. We told them we'd have to go in another direction but just as they were about to leave they contacted a manager who said the initial misquote was on them and to move everything for the price we were given over the phone. I was going to give a decent review anyway because the movers were nice guys and it wasn't their fault, but taking everything at a price where I'm sure they weren't making any money was a genuinely kind gesture you don't see from businesses these days.

I had a wonderful experience. The lady that I talked with for the reservation and quote was very pleasant and answered all of my questions. The 2 gentlemen that came for the pick up were very friendly and answered all of our questions. I also liked that I received a text on prior days to see if we were available for an earlier pick up.
