I had a broken refrigerator that needed to be disposed so, based on the reviews, I called 1-800 got junk. Andrew and Christian came 2 hrs after I called and hauled away the refrigerator and some boxes. They were friendly, courteous, professional and efficient, wonderful to work with. I want to thank John and Marqus at 1-800-Got-Junk for the excellent job they did in removing two metal containers. One container was a galvanized trash can filled with ashes from firewood, and the other was a 50-gallon drum also filled with firewood ashes. The combined weight of these items is approximately 80 pounds, but that is just an estimate. John and Marqus were very respectful of my property and took extra care to ensure that the ashes wouldn't blow onto me, especially since it was a windy day. As promised, the company provided upfront pricing. They responded promptly to my service request, getting back to me within one hour, and completed the job in about 30 minutes.
