They were fast, efficient and professional. They showed up on time and got right to work. I needed a lot of junk removed quickly to make sure my client was able to close on their real estate transaction before the contract expired. Steven was so proactive in asking if I wanted to remove any other items in my kitchen as he saw I still had many other items that I was cleaning up. The guys even cleaned up the whole corner area after they removed the furniture. Service and attitude was amazing. I would recommend them!

He was very pleasant, professional and apologetic for the experience and took ownership and initiative to ensure all issues and concerns were addressed and resolved. I am happy to report not only were we able to get the appointment day and time that was originally scheduled but he and another manager attended it personally! Now that's customer service excellence!! 👌🏾 Way to turn a terrible experience into an A+++ Thank you for caring! Attempted to book with them twice formy father! First time online and nobody showed up, called to find out what happened only to be told I canceled when I never spoke to anyone. Ok, misunderstanding possibly, Booked over the phone for same day afternoon appointment. I get a call from the driver stating they'll be there by 11am!! WHAT?? No! I was forced to cancel the appointment because they were already in the area and didn't want to come at the agreed upon time. Completely unprofessional, unorganized!!
Chris and Jeremiah came exactly when they told me they would arrive and they did exactly what I needed them to do. They went above and beyond for their company in a timely, professional manner. You can tell they both enjoy working with each other, as well as for the company. Thank you !
Chauncey and Miguel were outstanding in their service! They kept me posted as to their schedule and made special accommodations for my schedule. Chauncey did a great job in explaining the terms and conditions for the removal and explained, in detail, the pricing policy. Payment was simple. The actual removal of the furniture (covertible couch and love seat) was quick and easy with care given to our property and the items being removed. Overall, working with 1.800.gotjunk? was a pleasurable and efficient experience. Thank you!
