They were fast, efficient, reliable, and extremely professional from start to finish. They even swept up and cleaned up all of the excess debris before leaving, which truly impressed me. I was honestly shocked at how much they were able to fit into the truck, they really meant business! They came in and wasted no time getting the job done, and their hustle was incredible. Working in the heat and maintaining such a positive attitude and outstanding customer service was top-tier. If I could give 10 stars, I absolutely would. Huge thank you to JayJay and Tre!!!! The guys in truck 21 were on time and punctual. Assessed the job quickly, explained the cost of the removal, then removed the item quickly and cleaned up after removal was finished.

These guys were great! Had a box spring I desperately needed to haul out. I’m sure my job was very underwhelming compared to what they handle on a daily basis, but I’m so glad I got it taken out. I was able to book an appointment for the next morning. John and his partner gave a courtesy call in the morning (and even offered to pick me up a coffee!) and showed up timely to haul it away. This was my first time using them and I’m sure I’ll use them again for future services.
