They were fast, efficient and professional. They showed up on time and got right to work. I needed a lot of junk removed quickly to make sure my client was able to close on their real estate transaction before the contract expired. Steven was so proactive in asking if I wanted to remove any other items in my kitchen as he saw I still had many other items that I was cleaning up. The guys even cleaned up the whole corner area after they removed the furniture. Service and attitude was amazing. I would recommend them!

I’m giving 5 stars based on the job that the employees on site did, but I am very unhappy with the overall experience. I was quoted $150 to take away a kitchen table and six chairs. I did not have time to schedule an onsite quote, but it was a very typical size kitchen table and chairs so I assumed that quote would at least be roughly accurate. Later I asked how much extra for a small treadmill and I was quoted an extra $50. When the crew arrived onsite they estimated the bill to be around $450. After I explained the situation to the crew they agreed to lock me in at $350, but that was almost double the estimate. I shouldn’t have to schedule an onsite estimate for two common household items to get an even remotely close price, and frankly it felt like a bait and switch tactic because I didn’t have time to hire a different service. I would never use Got Junk again.
Truck 26 team was amazing! I had a great experience with them. They arrived right on time and were polite, patient, and genuinely helpful throughout the whole process. They took away all my junk quickly and made the experience completely stress-free. Highly recommend if you need junk removal done right!
This was a challeng. These gentleman did a wonderful job. This was a large hot tub and it was not light weight to say the least. With a little help from my son and husband, they handled up and also took the sides and cover away making sure that the area was cleaned up as well. Thank you Phillip and Qun.
Franklin and Silas were awesome. They showed up when expected, were friendly, and the price was reasonable. I booked the pickup yesterday and was so glad it was an easy process. I tried donating the desk and office chair to a local charity but they did not pick them up from the curb. I would definitely recommend this company and would use them again. Thank you.
