They were fast, efficient and professional. They showed up on time and got right to work. I needed a lot of junk removed quickly to make sure my client was able to close on their real estate transaction before the contract expired. Steven was so proactive in asking if I wanted to remove any other items in my kitchen as he saw I still had many other items that I was cleaning up. The guys even cleaned up the whole corner area after they removed the furniture. Service and attitude was amazing. I would recommend them!

Three different crews and each one was clean, polite, professional and too well dressed for the junk they had to handle. I cannot recommend this company enough. Tony and Andrew went above and beyond with Sofa Frames I did not want; these were 3 sofa pieces, one up to 7 ft long. Quite the hassle? in 10 minutes? Gone. Shoutout to the person on the phone (Sophia? I’ve been terrible at names). Their service shows years of experience and navigation of Cincinnati-specific challenges including… traffic. Trains. Train repairs. Mergers on I-75 and I-275. One thing is to be professional; the next level is to have multiple departments on the same page and handle a major setback as is the train when under repair or moving slowly, and still be on track and keep rock solid communication on timelines with clear steps. Their payment process was also seamless. If you’re the type to discuss discounts, they’ll already have these applied and give you nuggets. For humor: They also heard me ramble about my best friend and how I regret buying the sofa and not getting a cheaper one from IKEA. I talked a lot but they were patient and cheerful.
