They were fast, efficient and professional. They showed up on time and got right to work. I needed a lot of junk removed quickly to make sure my client was able to close on their real estate transaction before the contract expired. Steven was so proactive in asking if I wanted to remove any other items in my kitchen as he saw I still had many other items that I was cleaning up. The guys even cleaned up the whole corner area after they removed the furniture. Service and attitude was amazing. I would recommend them!
Show moreShow lessI posted an earlier review due to poor customer satisfaction… I was told on three accounts that my truck would come within a two hour timeframe and the company failed to do so on three attempts. However, their customer service recovery is phenomenal! Upon hearing about my dissatisfaction, they immediately came and gave me a discounted rate, at this time I am 100% satisfied… Emmanuel was incredible, so professional! I recommend this company, they are able to rectify their mistakes and this is excellent customer service.
J and C were life savers today! I could not believe how much junk we had. I was sure they could not fit it all in the big truck. They worked and sweated and had such incredible team work and great attitudes while we watched them work their magic! We felt overwhelmed before they arrived and when they left we felt such relief!
