They were fast, efficient and professional. They showed up on time and got right to work. I needed a lot of junk removed quickly to make sure my client was able to close on their real estate transaction before the contract expired. Steven was so proactive in asking if I wanted to remove any other items in my kitchen as he saw I still had many other items that I was cleaning up. The guys even cleaned up the whole corner area after they removed the furniture. Service and attitude was amazing. I would recommend them!

It was very heavy, old fitness equipment and well over 500 pounds of weight plates. He remained professional and didn’t complain or show any negativity. I asked where his partner was and he simply said “He didn’t make it here.” He got everything in pretty quickly as well. I was so impressed!! I’d definitely use this company in the future!
I had and sectional to pick up after getting a new couch. It was an amazing experience all around. First of all, when calling around, every other removal service quoted ridiculous prices while making it clear that this kind of small job was not worth their time, even though their websites boasted that no job was too small. The 1-800-Junk customer service rep was not only friendly, but helpful and even enthusiastic. You know, like they actually wanted the business. They’ll come out and give you a quote for free, no obligation. Who does that?! What’s more, they were able to come out the same day! Moses and Cody deserve a super special shout out. These two young men were super friendly and professional. I immediately felt comfortable. On top of a great price and fast service, they asked if I had any other tasks I needed help with. They are fully insured. I did need some help changing the batteries on a couple of smoke detectors which are placed up high under vaulted ceilings. I kid you not, Moses climbed on up there and replaced the batteries, and refused to charge me anything! Honestly, I’m old enough to remember when customer service and going above and beyond was a thing, but I haven’t experienced that in a very long time. Until today. What an absolutely awesome team. If I could give 10 stars, I would. I won’t even consider calling anyone else the next time I need a removal. Thank you so much!!
