We used 1 800 Junk in the past to get rid of an old sofa. This time we had to get rid of junk we accumulated for the past 25 years. We were again very satisfied with all the hard work done by Tyler and Scott. They were so friendly, courteous and easy to talk stories with. I am not stressed anymore and so thankful for 1 800 junk and especially Tyler and Scott.

Sincere and Michael (I hope I spelled their names right) showed up today, unexpectedly. I had been having problems with scheduling, and had actually told the company to forget it. Those guys were amazing. They were in and out in less than 20 minutes, and even negotiated a lower price. They were great. Very friendly, very professional.

Tommy and Dean were great and made the process so easy. Cleaning out my parents house as they are older they were sensitive to the situation and made them feel comfortable getting rid of items they no longer needed. Even though it was hard for my parents. I would highly recommend them and I will also be calling again! I love that they donate items I got rid of if they are in good condition.
