They were fast, efficient and professional. They showed up on time and got right to work. I needed a lot of junk removed quickly to make sure my client was able to close on their real estate transaction before the contract expired. Steven was so proactive in asking if I wanted to remove any other items in my kitchen as he saw I still had many other items that I was cleaning up. The guys even cleaned up the whole corner area after they removed the furniture. Service and attitude was amazing. I would recommend them!
Show moreShow lessHaving a bad experience with the city's furniture pickup service before when I was moving out of the place I was living before, I decided to go with a private company. I knew of one that I had heard and seen before, and then it came to me; "Got Junk". How could I have forgotten such an easy name. This time I needed a mattress removed. Waiting for the city was not an option and our area is quite small for putting large stuff on the curve. I didn't want to go through this trouble again. So I booked my spot on Got Junk's site and fortunately they had some slots for the next morning being my mattress arrived a day earlier than anticipated. I got a call from Thaddius stating they had a big job to do and would arrive sometime around 10am, which was still within the hour and a half window I made the request for. It turns out they had finished the job earlier and gave me another called notifying me they were on the way from the other place earlier. Both Thaddius and Allexis both arrived and pulled up the the driveway. I was already waiting knowing they were only 10 minutes away. I showed them the mattress, they told me the price, I agreed to the quote, and just like that they took the mattress away. They were extremely professional and friendly. I couldn't really ask for more to be honest. The price was a bit much but considering how much I lost because of having gotten fined for the city curveside furniture pickup at the last place, I saved money. Long story short, I requested a pickup from the city and they came but didn't come to pickup what I asked them to pickup or may not have come at all. I had already moved out of the place and was only notified by the rental agency that the stuff was still on the curve. So it was just a mess. Got Junk got it done in less than 24 hours!!! They're awesome.
