Nick & Kai were extremely helpful and professional, even with the confusion of finding the new gate/inspection area to get on base. They swept up and even grabbed a couple smaller items I was going to take care of myself. Amidst the craziness of a PCS, their help was essential in getting the odds and ends taken care of.
